DNHN - Vinh Phuc implemented several preferential policies, quickly removed roadblocks, and provided favourable conditions to entice enterprises to engage in high-tech, high-value-added projects while safeguarding the environment.

In the August 2022 report of the Management Board of Industrial Parks of Vinh Phuc province, industrial zones in the area attracted 15 new FDI projects and 24 capital increase projects, totalling more than 261 million USD in newly granted and increased investment capital, as well as 12 domestic investment projects totalling more than 2,182 billion VND in registered investment capital.
There are 438 valid investment projects in industrial zones, including 94 domestic investment projects with a total investment capital of more than 24,196 billion VND and 344 FDI projects with a total investment capital of more than 5,653 million USD, with investment projects with capital and technology strengths in 20 countries and territories.
The quantity of FDI spent in the area in 8 months was less than planned, these projects were concentrated on high-quality industrial industries such as auto parts, motorcycles, and electronics. The projects indicated above, in particular, are ecologically benign, with highly controlled procedures, smoke and dust treatment systems, and sophisticated water supplies.
The Vinh Phuc Industrial Parks Management Board has now completed a draft proposal to develop a Provincial People's Council Resolution on promulgating policies to attract investment projects in the high-tech industry in Vinh Phuc province between 2021 and 2030.
Binh Xuyen district now leads the districts and cities in the province in terms of the number of industrial zones and investment projects, with 7 industrial zones sanctioned by the Prime Minister, an area of about 1,900ha, and 1,291 firms operating.
Vinh Phuc's location in the Capital Region planning is an advantageous circumstance for the development of the high-tech industry. Vinh Phuc focuses on welcoming investors with strong brands, prioritizing projects with current technology, and high technical content, efficiently using resources, and having goods with competitive advantages to fully realize their potential and benefits.
Along with that, the officials of this province give special attention to a fair business and investment climate, aggressively removing obstacles for enterprises, and strive to make Vinh Phuc one of the country's centres of industry, service, and tourism.
