DNHN - As the global labor market undergoes rapid transformation driven by technological advancements, artificial intelligence (AI), and the evolution of service industries, vocational education is facing new challenges and expectations.
Educational institutions are now required not only to equip learners with technical skills but also to develop a workforce capable of adaptation, international integration, and sustainable career growth.
In reality, if educational institutions focus solely on teaching, businesses only on recruitment, experts only on research, and vocational training providers only on practical skills, it becomes difficult to produce high-quality human resources capable of meeting the demands of both domestic and international labor markets.
Against this backdrop, the cooperation agreement signed among Hanoi Industrial Vocational College (HNIVC), the International Health and Beauty Association of Korea (IHBA), Fullness Spa Academy, and Viet-Han Human Resource Supply and Trading Joint Stock Company is expected to establish an effective “Four-Party Partnership” model consisting of: Educational Institution – Scientists and Experts – Vocational Training Provider – Employer.
More than a conventional cooperation agreement, the initiative aims to create a comprehensive human resource development ecosystem. The participating organizations will collaborate throughout the entire process, from career orientation and skills training to technology transfer, practical training, workplace experience, and job placement. This integrated approach helps bridge the gap between theory and practice while enhancing learners’ ability to adapt to the increasingly demanding labor market.
Within this partnership framework, Hanoi Industrial Vocational College serves as the foundation for education and workforce development; the International Health and Beauty Association of Korea represents leading international professors, scientists, and industry experts; Fullness Spa Academy provides specialized practical training aligned with modern professional standards; and Viet-Han Human Resource Supply and Trading Joint Stock Company acts as the bridge connecting education with real-world employment demands.
One of the highlights of the program was the signing ceremony and the donation of advanced beauty training equipment and professional beauty products to support practical training activities at the college.
The donation of modern equipment is expected to significantly enhance training conditions, enabling students to gain direct experience with technologies and procedures currently applied in the beauty industry.
Representatives of the International Health and Beauty Association of Korea and the “Four-Party Partnership” partners presented advanced beauty training equipment and beauty products worth KRW 33 million (equivalent to more than VND 600 million) to Hanoi Industrial Vocational College. The donation will contribute to improving practical training quality and expanding students’ access to modern beauty technologies.
Speaking at the event, Dr. Yun Beong Han, President of the International Health and Beauty Association of Korea, stated:
"Korea has always regarded human resource development as the cornerstone of the beauty industry. Through this partnership, we hope not only to provide equipment and technology but also to share expertise, knowledge, and advanced training standards in order to jointly develop a highly qualified workforce for the future."
According to Dr. Han, the donation of training equipment and beauty products also demonstrates the Association’s long-term commitment to supporting the development of Vietnam’s beauty industry workforce.
The signing ceremony was further enriched by the participation of Korean professors and industry experts specializing in advanced skincare technology, hair technology, applied aesthetics, and medically oriented beauty care, reflecting the deepening cooperation between Korea and Vietnam.
These international experts will accompany the college in delivering training programs, helping students gain exposure to the latest industry trends while providing access to internationally recognized educational models.
Speaking at the ceremony, Ms. Tran Thi Lan, Chief Executive Officer of Viet-Han Human Resource Supply and Trading Joint Stock Company, a member of the Vietnam Association of Small and Medium Enterprises (VINASME), emphasized:
"Modern equipment can be purchased. Advanced technologies can be transferred. However, developing a truly high-quality workforce requires long-term collaboration, especially the practical and effective cooperation among all four stakeholders in this partnership model."
According to Ms. Lan, employers should not merely participate in recruitment but should actively engage with educational institutions from the training stage onward. She believes that when students learn in a supportive environment, are inspired by experienced professionals, and gain access to advanced technologies, their career opportunities become significantly broader.
Representing the college, Ms. Pham Thi Huong, Principal of Hanoi Industrial Vocational College (HNIVC), stated:
"Through this cooperation program, HNIVC students will have opportunities to study in an internationally oriented educational environment, access modern technologies, and learn from experienced experts in the beauty industry."
She added that the college’s goal extends beyond vocational skills training to include technology application and technology transfer in the field of beauty technology.
Meanwhile, Ms. Tran Minh Nguyet, Director of Fullness Spa Academy, highlighted that the Academy is committed not only to vocational training but also to establishing professional standards and elevating human values within the modern aesthetics industry. "With medical-standard expertise as our foundation, international integration as our driving force, and professional ethics as our core value, we aim to develop a new generation of beauty professionals who are competent, knowledgeable, and socially responsible." She said.
The enthusiastic participation of students throughout the program demonstrated the strong appeal of this innovative partnership model.
A student majoring in Beauty Technology shared: "I used to think vocational education was simply about learning a job. Today, I realize it also opens opportunities for personal development, entrepreneurship, and easier access to international career environments."
As labor markets continue to evolve and become increasingly competitive, the “Four-Party Partnership” model is expected to provide a new approach to developing high-quality human resources. The value of vocational education lies not only in helping learners secure employment but also in equipping them with the competencies needed to remain competitive and adaptable in the future.
