24-year-old Tran Ngo Minh Anh appointed as CEO of Bepharco, two months shy upon her appointment into the company's supervisory and executive board.

Minh Anh joined Bepharco in August and was appointed deputy general director before being promoted to the top executive role.

She is the daughter of Tran Ngo Phuc Vu, Chairman of Nam A Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Nam A Bank; NAB). She studied finance at the University of Central Florida in the U.S., on an academic scholarship. Following graduation, Minh Anh worked at California-based New Omni Bank between 2024 and 2026, gaining experience in finance and corporate governance.

After returning to Vietnam, Minh Anh was elected to Bepharco's supervisory board at its 2026 extraordinary general meeting and subsequently named deputy general director.

Tran Ngo Minh Anh succeded Nguyen Khac Hanh, who resigned on September 30 to reorganize his personal workload and focus on long-term strategic tasks at the company. In his resignation letter, Hanh said he could no longer oversee daily operations. During his tenure, the executive board worked to improve distribution, restructure the organization, manage cash flow and expand the strategic product portfolio.

Hanh had replaced Pham Thu Trieu, Bepharco's longest-serving general director, who took office in April 2019 and resigned in June 2026. CFO Nguyen The Quoc Uy also stepped down, effective June 15, 2026.

Founded in 1963, Bepharco was equitized in 2004 with charter capital of VND 20 billion, with the state holding 51%.

Its DBT shares began trading on the Hanoi Stock Exchange (HSX) in 2009. The state cut its stake from 51% to 34% in 2013, and complete its divestment by the end of 2014. The shares moved to the HCMC Stock Exchange (HoSE) in 2020.

In the first half of 2026, Bepharco posted net revenue of VND 417.5 billion, up more than 3% from VND 404.4 billion a year earlier, according to its audited consolidated financial statements. Its after-tax profit surged more than 137% to VND 24.7 billion. The company attributed the increase mainly to the sale of 3.7 million shares in Codupha Central Pharmaceutical JSC, which generated more than VND 16 billion in financial income.

At the end of the second quarter, Bepharco had total assets of VND 881.6 billion, liabilities of VND 585.1 billion and equity of VND 296.5 billion.
