DNHN - In its 7th session, the People's Council of Vinh Phuc province approved 139 projects to buy land in 2022. One of those projects is to build a road between the Hong left dike and the future Van Phuc bridge. This project will cost more than 1,200 billion VND.

The 7th session of the Vinh Phuc Provincial People's Council, term XVII, passed various resolutions, determined investment strategies in many key projects, and authorized a list of 139 construction projects requiring land acquisition in 2022, totalling 375.37ha.
The traffic route linking the Red River's left dike to the Van Phuc bridge is the project with the highest total investment, estimated at up to VND 1,213 billion, among 139 land acquisition projects in 2022. The project begins at Km7+760 in Trung Ha commune, Yen Lac district (the endpoint of the Hanoi city-invested Van Phuc bridge project), and ends at Km9+880 on the left dike of the Red River in Yen Lac district.
The major road from the left dike of the Red River to the Van Phuc bridge is scheduled to have a design size of 20.5m as a result of an agreement between Vinh Phuc province and Hanoi city. Electricity, lighting, and a traffic safety system are also invested simultaneously under current norms and standards.
As a result, the project is included in the province budget's medium-term public investment plan for the years 2021-2025 and 2026-2030. The Department of Transport, which is governed by Vinh Phuc province, has designated the project execution time as 2023-2026.
The People's Council of Vinh Phuc province also decided to invest in the project of Renovating and upgrading provincial road 307, the section from Km26+400 to Km31+200 in the territory of Song Lo district, with a total investment of up to 134.64 billion VND; and to invest in the project of Tran Phu High School, Vinh Yen city, with a total investment of 323.4 billion VND.
Delegates from Vinh Phuc Provincial People's Council also discussed and voted on 22 important resolutions related to mechanisms and policies in the Public Security, Army, Education and Training, and Health sectors, Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs, Transport; finance, budget, and public investment at the closing session.
