DNHN - Hoa Binh's Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Nguyen Van Chuong, led a meeting of the Organizing Committee (BTC) of the Provincial Upland Fair on April 5. This meeting was to make sure that the plan for the Provincial Upland Fair was being carried out. At the 31st Southeast Asian Games, Hoa Binh will host a bicycle race.

Upland fairs are held in Hoa Binh province every year, and this year's theme is "The place where people come together and spread out."
It will be held in 7 days at the Provincial Exhibition and Fair Center (Hoa Binh Square Area). So far, all of the items have been designed and staged.
They include the welcome gate area, the stage, the pavilion, the outdoor sales area, and the outdoor play area. There is a detailed script plan for the market, and the state budget and socialization are thought to be the main sources of money for it.
Members of the organizing committee, districts, and cities all made suggestions on the plan for the upcoming event.
At the same time, they talked about and agreed on the contents, including the opening time of the fair on Friday evening, May 13, before the Southeast Asian Games' cycling event.
To end, Nguyen Van Chuong, who is Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee in Hoa Binh, said that this event is for the 31st SEA Games and to promote the cultural identity and people of Hoa Binh, so it is important.
So, BTC needs to make a list of guests.
Communication plans need to be more detailed, highlighting the cultural colors of the different ethnic groups.
The Center for Investment, Trade, and Tourism Promotion listens to its members' ideas and makes detailed plans to work with local governments to plan events.
