This event served as an opportunity for the Thanh Hoa business community to reflect on their achievements and strategize for future development. It also acted as a venue for networking and a platform for Thanh Hoa entrepreneurs to express their support for their homeland through meaningful charitable activities.
Growing Through Adversity
The Thanh Hoa Entrepreneurs Club in Ho Chi Minh City and the Southern Provinces currently has 236 members. During the 2019-2024 term, in the face of challenges brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic and the global economic downturn, the club carried out numerous practical and effective activities, connecting members to collaborate, share, and support each other in production and business.
Additionally, the club proactively worked with Thanh Hoa Province to organize investment promotion events in Ho Chi Minh City and the southern provinces, while also actively participating in community service initiatives. Speaking at the congress, Mr. Trịnh Tiến Dũng, Chairman of HTBC, shared: "Looking back at the past term, we can be proud of what we have achieved, from online networking events connecting Thanh Hoa entrepreneurs globally, to the "Digital Transformation in Enterprises" conference, caravan programs, and member gatherings. I am very proud of everything Thanh Hoa entrepreneurs have done for our homeland and our country. In particular, the Nhân Mười Conference Center has become a bright spot, a connecting thread, and the venue for many significant events and programs of HTBC. Here, members have been able to connect, exchange, and share inspiring business stories. These activities have created a strong, united, and enthusiastic community of Thanh Hoa entrepreneurs."
Alongside economic development, HTBC has placed special emphasis on charitable work, such as helping poor children with education, organizing charity donations, and spreading social responsibility. Over the past five years, HTBC members have contributed approximately 30 billion VND to support those affected by natural disasters, the pandemic, poverty alleviation efforts, scholarship funds, and providing assistance to hundreds of orphaned children during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Throughout the congress, many charitable activities took place, bringing joy and practical support to those in need. These acts not only reflect noble gestures but also demonstrate the sense of social responsibility of the entrepreneurs.
