Thanh Hoa: Projected investment of more than 3,000 billion VND in Ring Road 3

DNHN - Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Council has just approved a plan for public investment in the locality. Accordingly, in the period to 2025, Thanh Hoa will invest in the Ring Road 3 project with a total investment of about 3,300 billion VND.
Thanh Hoa has the advantage of being a trade gateway between the North and North Central regions.Creating driving force for economic development, in addition to speeding up the progress of projects that have been started and are being implemented, Thanh Hoa province will prioritize investment in the East 3 ring road project, the section from Hoang Hoa district to Quang Xuong district in order to alleviate traffic congestion, aid in the expansion of space, development resources, increase the ability to link and trade goods between Thanh Hoa and other provinces.
Thanh Hoa is also having two additional major traffic projects in the 2021-2025 period, with a total investment of VND 5,642 billion invested under the public investment plan from the central budget.

Specifically, the investment project to build a coastal road road section Hoang Hoa - Sam Son with a length of 10.5 km and a section of Quang Xuong - Tinh Gia with a length of 14.5 km in the form of BOT 3,400 billion VND, of which the central government budget allocates 1,400 billion VND, the local capital is 980 billion VND. These sections have at least 2 lanes of road standard grade III plain, with a design speed of 80km/h.
Investment project to build a coastal road in Nga Son - Hoang Hoa section with a total investment of 2,242 billion VND, capital from the central budget is 1,100 billion VND, the rest is from local capital. The project has a total length of 23.75 km, passing through 3 districts of Nga Son, Hau Loc and Hoang Hoa.
Once completed, the aforementioned key traffic projects will help improve the province's transport infrastructure, form the main traffic axis, create the necessary conditions, and serve as a catalyst for socioeconomic development in Thanh Hoa province in the coming years.
