Officials, referees, athletes, and members of sports delegations attending the 31st SEA Games must have negative SARS-CoV-2 RT-PCR/RT-LAMP test results within 1 day. The 72-hour or 24-hour quick antigen test before admission into Vietnam, with a test certificate provided by the competent authorities of the nation administering the test.
