According to the Ministry of Health, on April 14, the Ministry of Health issued instructions on COVID-19 prevention and control for the 31st SEA Games, including the content of medical declaration conditions for people entering the country to serve as a basis for localities to implement to meet COVID-19 prevention and control requirements.

The 72-hour or 24-hour quick antigen test before admission into Vietnam, with a test certificate provided by the competent authorities of the nation administering the test.
