DNHN - The province of Nghe An's Department of Science and Technology just announced several plans to help small and medium-sized businesses in 2022. For help, businesses must fill out the form and send it to the Department of Science and Technology.
According to an announcement from the Department of Science and Technology Nghe An, small and medium enterprises will get up to 50% of the contract value of consulting solutions for digital transformation solutions for businesses on business processes, management processes, production processes, technological processes, and business model transformation, but not more than 50 million VND/contract/year for small enterprises and not more than 100 million VND/contract/year for medium enterprises

Support up to 50% of the costs for businesses to rent or buy digital transformation solutions to automate and improve the efficiency of business processes, management processes, production processes, and technology processes in the change business models, but: Not more than 20 million VND per year for micro businesses, 50 million VND per year for small businesses, and 100 million VND per year for medium-sized businesses.
Consulting on establishing intellectual property rights; management consulting and development of products and services of enterprises that are protected by intellectual property rights, but not more than 100 million VND/year contract/enterprise. Support up to 50% of the contract value of a technology transfer consulting contract that is right for the enterprise, but not more than 100 million VND/contract/year/enterprise.

To help small and medium-sized businesses get creative, the budget will help them use technical facilities, incubators, and co-working spaces. This includes: 100% of the cost of using equipment at technical facilities, incubators, and co-working spaces, but not more than VND 20 million per year per enterprise; Support up to 50% of the cost of renting space at incubators and co-working spaces, but not more than 5 million VND per month per enterprise. The business can get help for up to three years after signing the space lease contract.

At the same time, businesses are helped with: intellectual property consulting, exploitation, and development; advice on building patent descriptions, industrial design designs, and brand identity system designs; support management consulting and development of products and services protected by intellectual property rights in the country or transfer, exploit, and protect intellectual property rights abroad...
The State also helps set up procedures for standards, technical regulations, measurement, and quality; testing and improving new products and business models; supporting technology; commercializing products; developing e-commerce; calling for investment capital; growing markets; and connecting start-up networks with scientific research organizations and individuals. Help creative startups with information, communication, trade promotion, and networking; help students of businesses get training in-country and in-depth training on product development and construction...
Decree 80 of the Government of 2021 says that small and medium-sized businesses and new businesses with new ideas must be found.
