As of August 20, 2022, Nghe An still has 19 agencies and units that have not yet disbursed public investment capital, specifically: Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board of civil and industrial works, Department of Health, Hospital. Nghe An Obstetrics and Gynecology, Bac Nghe An Technical and Economic Vocational Vocational School, Nghe An Department of Standards, Metrology and Quality, Nghe An Radio and Television Station, Department of Information & Communication, Marine One Member Co., Ltd. Northwest Nghe An, Phu Quy Irrigation Company Limited, Department of Education and Training, Department of Industry and Trade, Do Luong District General Hospital, Nghe An Traditional Medicine Hospital, Nghe An University of Economics, Thanh Chuong 3 High School, Department of Home Affairs, Vinh Medical University, Party Committee of Nghe An province.

At the same time, there are 30 agencies and units of Nghe An that have disbursed, but the disbursement rate is below the provincial average (below 33.95%), of which 18 districts, towns and cities are Quy Nhon. It is known that as of August 20, 2022, with the centralized public investment capital managed by the province, Nghe An has disbursed 1,996,661 million VND/plan 7,124,721 million VND, reaching 27.65%. Excluding the unallocated details, disbursed 33.95%, of which: the central budget has disbursed 1,674,177 million VND, reaching 30.07% of the plan; the local budget has disbursed 295.485 million dong, reaching 18.97% of the plan.
