As of August 20, 2022, Nghe An still has 19 agencies and units that have not yet disbursed public investment capital, specifically: Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board of civil and industrial works, Department of Health, Hospital. Nghe An Obstetrics and Gynecology, Bac Nghe An Technical and Economic Vocational Vocational School, Nghe An Department of Standards, Metrology and Quality, Nghe An Radio and Television Station, Department of Information & Communication, Marine One Member Co., Ltd. Northwest Nghe An, Phu Quy Irrigation Company Limited, Department of Education and Training, Department of Industry and Trade, Do Luong District General Hospital, Nghe An Traditional Medicine Hospital, Nghe An University of Economics, Thanh Chuong 3 High School, Department of Home Affairs, Vinh Medical University, Party Committee of Nghe An province.

At the same time, there are 30 agencies and units of Nghe An that have disbursed, but the disbursement rate is below the provincial average (below 33.95%), of which 18 districts, towns and cities are Quy Nhon. Chau (3.61%), Do Luong (4.45%), Thai Hoa (5.09%), Nam Dan (6.67%), Anh Son (8.65%), Thanh Chuong (10.91) %), Dien Chau (12.69%), Tuong Duong (12.73%), Vinh (14.03%), Quy Hop (14.82%), Hung Nguyen (17.81%), Quynh Luu ( 21.23%), Con Cuong (22.33%), Yen Thanh (23.27%), Hoang Mai (27.94%), Cua Lo (29.56%), Tan Ky (31.2%). , Nghia Dan (31.33%) and 12 investor units (outside the district) including: Department of Tourism (0.36%), Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs (1.27%), Hospital Nghe An eyes (4.08%), Provincial Party Committee of Enterprises (4.74%), Oncology Hospital (4.82%), Provincial Military Command (5.22%), Department of Natural Resources and Environment (7.4%), Nam Nghe An Irrigation One Member Limited Liability Company (11.63%), Provincial Border Guard Command (17.14%), Department of Planning and Investment (17, 61%), Department of Agriculture and Rural Development (31.05%), Management Board of Southeast Economic Zone (25.85%).

It is known that as of August 20, 2022, with the centralized public investment capital managed by the province, Nghe An has disbursed 1,996,661 million VND/plan 7,124,721 million VND, reaching 27.65%. Excluding the unallocated details, disbursed 33.95%, of which: the central budget has disbursed 1,674,177 million VND, reaching 30.07% of the plan; the local budget has disbursed 295.485 million dong, reaching 18.97% of the plan.
