Ho Chi Minh City approves housing rental support for employees at 44,508 enterprises

DNHN - The number of businesses approved for support is 44,508 with 185,531 employees with a total amount of 655.8 billion VND. The number of disbursed enterprises is 24,388 with 770,099 employees.
According to the Department of Labour, War Invalids and Social Affairs of Ho Chi Minh City, as of the afternoon of August 25, Thu Duc City and districts have received dossiers of request for rent support under Decision 08/2022/QD. - Total of 70,600 enterprises (DN), with nearly 1.7 million labours.
In which, the number of businesses approved for support is 44,508 with 185,531 employees with a total amount of 655.8 billion VND. The number of disbursed enterprises is 24,388 with 770,099 employees. The total amount disbursed to employees is 417.5 billion VND.
In order to properly implement the disbursement schedule for employees, no later than August 31, the department will continue to carry out inspections at localities and businesses to promptly urge and remove difficulties, contributing to promote the completion of the policy on time.
