Hanoi speeds up distribution of rent support for workers

DNHN - Hanoi is speeding up efforts to support workers with their rent payments.
To implement the government's Decision 08, the city has assigned district-level authorities to approve lists of recipients and total costs.
This has helped streamline administrative procedures. Officials have visited enterprises with large workforces to provide them with instructions and help them complete the necessary documents.
Workers only need an application letter with confirmation from their landlords and their labour contract, which includes social insurance coverage. Their companies will then help them submit their applications.
Districts in Hanoi started receiving applications today, May 6. Workers will receive support four days after submitting their application.
