Hanoi invests more than 49 trillion VND in education, health care, relic restoration and restoration projects

DNHN - On April 8, the Hanoi People's Council updated and supplemented the 5-year medium-term public investment plan for 2021-2025 with three areas of health, education, renovation and restoration of monuments, the total estimated investment is 49,202 billion dongs, implementing 1,467 projects.
The period 2021-2025 is expected to be 41,104 billion VND, implementing 1,308 projects.
The additional capital required compared with the mid-term plan is expected to be arranged at 19,345 billion VND, supplemented from the following sources: Increase revenue, reward exceeding revenue in 2021; reserve source for the 5-year medium-term public investment plan 2021-2025; The source of salary reform is left over from the city budget either from increasing revenue or awarding more than the estimated revenue for the years 2022-2024 or considering the issuance of capital construction bonds according to the actual progress of the project.
The implementation phase after 2025 is 8,098 billion VND, 159 projects. Which, the number of projects implemented in both periods is 107 projects.

The Hanoi People's Council also approved the total capital and the list of projects under the city-level spending task in the proposed investment plan for the period 2021-2025 for 3 areas.
At the same time, approve the level of capital, principles, criteria and budget norms at the city level to support the district level to implement district-level spending projects in the updated plan of the 5-year medium-term public investment plan in 2021-2025 and capital allocation in the 2022 public investment plan of the city-level budget.
The Hanoi People's Council has updated the 5-year medium-term public investment plan for 2021-2025 and arranged the capital plan in 2022 for 8 projects with a capital of 322 billion dongs in 2022.
Allocation of public investment capital plan in 2022 for 3 projects in the transport sector already in the list of 5-year medium-term public investment plan 2021-2025, with an allocated capital of VND 370 billion.
Allocating the 2022 public investment capital plan to 146 district-level supporting city budget projects under the investment plan to build 3 fields of education, health, renovating and embellishing monuments, have completed investment procedures, conditions for allocating annual capital with a total budget of 2,000 billion VND.
The Hanoi People's Council assigned the People's Committee to issue and organize the implementation of the plan; Directing departments, divisions, branches, districts, towns to synchronously and drastically implement solutions to implement the Plan; Assign the public investment capital plan in 2022 and direct the implementation, payment and settlement to ensure compliance with regulations.
At the same time, direct the People's Committees of districts, towns and investors to strengthen solutions to promote the disbursement of the capital plan in 2022.
