DNHN - The classical music night organized by the Vietnam Association of Small and Medium Enterprises in collaboration with the Vietnam Children's Fund is one of the few classical music nights held in Vietnam to support the disadvantaged groups, especially children affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.
On the evening of July 6, 2022, at the Hanoi Opera House, the program "Classical music night to raise funds to support children with special and difficult circumstances" was organized by the Vietnam Association of Small and Medium Enterprises in collaboration with Vietnam Children's Fund. This is one of the few classical music nights held in Vietnam to support disadvantaged groups, especially children affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.
The program has won a great deal of attention, support and direction from the President, Vice President, and comrades from the ministries: Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs, Planning and Investment, Industry and Trade and Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.

Opening the concert, Dr To Hoai Nam - Standing Vice Chairman and General Secretary of the Vietnam Small and Medium Enterprises Association had a meaningful sharing: "Classical music night to raise funds to support children in extremely difficult circumstances, was derived from the idea of DrNguyen Van Than - Chairman of the Association and Member of the Board of Management of the Fund. The Vietnam Association of Small and Medium Enterprises and the Vietnam Children's Fund appreciate and appreciate the enthusiastic support from state agencies, the business community, artists and society. Up to now, the program has obtained many practical and valuable results, both materially and spiritually.

“This is the initial result created from the heart of charity and this will also be the beginning of the next programs, for more and greater support of successful entrepreneurs, and artists. The talented artist is always dedicated to the cause of protecting, caring for and educating Vietnamese children. Especially the children with difficult circumstances, give them more faith in life, and give them strength and willpower to stay firmly on their way! We want you to first never be discouraged by the current difficulties, and continue to strive for better learning results. That is the necessary baggage for the future.”
Dr To Hoai Nam also expressed gratitude to Vice President Vo Thi Anh Xuan's attention, guidance and support and leaders of ministries and agencies to make the concert a success.
With much love for the program, internationally famous talented young artists performed at the concert such as pianist Nguyen Viet Trung, violinist Hoang Ho Khanh Van, violinist Nguyen Thien Minh and artists violin Phung Hoai Thu.
At the concert, the Organizing Committee also presented gifts to directly support twenty children with special and difficult circumstances. The rest of the money and in-kind support for the program will be given directly by the Vietnam Association of Small and Medium Enterprises to the Vietnam Children's Fund to continue to support children for the noble purpose of the program.

The COVID-19 pandemic has seriously affected the country's socio-economic development and people's lives. Many families have lost loved ones and many children have to be separated from their parents' arms. Therefore, fundraising programs such as classical music nights need to be spread so that more and more children can be helped, don't feel left out and continue to rise in life.
