DNHN - On the morning of 26 January, the Binh Thuan Civil Servants’ Trade Union organised the “Tet Reunion - Spring Sharing” programme to present Tet gifts to union members and workers in difficult circumstances on the occasion of the Lunar New Year 2024.
Mr Tran Ngoc Phuc - Chairman of the Binh Thuan Civil Servants’ Trade Union - said that although the gifts from the trade union organisation were not of high value, they were a way of sharing with union members, cadres, civil servants, and workers so that they could have more joy and warmth during Tet. Union members and workers in difficult circumstances received Tet gifts from the Executive Committee of the Binh Thuan Civil Servants’ Trade Union.

At the programme, the Provincial Civil Servants’ Trade Union presented 41 gifts worth VND 500,000 in cash to union members and workers in difficult circumstances. Most of the union members who received gifts work at the Binh Minh Hotel, a unit directly under the Office of the Binh Thuan Provincial People’s Committee.
According to information from the Provincial Civil Servants’ Trade Union, on the 2024 Lunar New Year, the organisation presented 350 gifts with a total value of nearly VND 200 million to union members in difficult circumstances at the grassroots affiliated trade unions. This is a meaningful activity of the trade union organisation to share with union members and workers during Tet.
