After deploying the automated electronic non-stop (ETC) toll collecting system on the Cau Gie - Ninh Binh expressway. According to the plan, Tasco and VETC continue to install ETC 2/4 remaining routes, Da Nang - Quang Ngai and Noi Bai - Lao Cai, which are scheduled to become operational on July 28, 2022. The Cuong Thuan IDICO Investment and Development Joint Stock Company has invested in the ETC toll collecting system at Toll Station 319, which consists of three inbound and three outbound lanes, and has linked it to VEC toll stations online.

The project was erected in 45 days by Tasco and its subsidiary VETC and went into service on the morning of July 26, 2022. This is the first southern highway to use ETC technology.
