Which, 9 projects do not go through auction or bidding, with a total capital of 7,896 billion VND and 2 projects that have to choose investors through auction or bidding, with a total capital of 16,128 billion VND. The amount of capital and the number of projects awarded decisions on approval of investment policies may increase or decrease depending on the results of investment promotion during the time investment promotion missions work with investors and the progress of investment procedures.
