The "Million Hearts of Love, Thousands of Happy Roofs" theme of the ceremony to support building great solidarity houses for poor households in Dien Bien province aims to build homes for poor households and families facing many challenges. in Dien Bien province.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Ha, Vice President and General Secretary of the Central Vietnam Fatherland Front, stated at the ceremony that Dien Bien has the third-highest proportion of poor households in the nation.
