DNHN - The Vietnamese Association in the UK sent a delegation for a visit and meeting with the Association's Standing Committee on December 27, in the afternoon, at the Hai Phong Young Entrepreneurs Association office.
The Vietnamese Association in the UK, led by its Chairman, Mr Tang Tuan Tu, visited and congratulated the Hai Phong Young Entrepreneurs Association on its prosperous development over the past nearly 30 years.
The Vietnamese Association in the UK supported and partnered with the Hai Phong Young Entrepreneurs Association during the challenging COVID-19 pandemic, assisting fellow citizens in overcoming obstacles.
The heads of the two associations gave a summary of the organization's overall state as well as the national and global economic environments during the visit. The vice chairman of the Hai Phong Young Entrepreneurs Association, Mr. Chu Minh Cuong, stated that he would want to serve as a liaison so that member companies on both sides can collaborate and exchange ideas.
During the working session, the two associations decided to collaborate at the "Conference on Promoting Overseas Vietnamese Resources, Connecting Localities and Businesses" by signing a Memorandum of Understanding. The Vietnamese Association in the UK believes that the two groups will work together in the future to host many online seminars that will give businesses on both sides the chance to learn more about the requirements of their partners for cooperation.
Amidst the celebratory ambience of the Vietnamese Association's visit to the UK, the Hai Phong Young Entrepreneurs Association showcased several regional specialities, including Tao Bang La, Kien Quoc Crab Rice, and Crab Paste. It is hoped that the Vietnamese population in the UK will be introduced to these unique items soon.
