DNHN - Great Place To Work® has officially announced the 25 companies featured in the Best Workplaces in Vietnam™ 2025 ranking.
By announcing and awarding the 25 companies recognized as the Best Workplaces in Vietnam 2025, while also certifying those that achieved the Great Place To Work® Certified™ standard, this year’s event honored organizations that are committed to placing people at the heart of transformation.

The list of Vietnam’s 25 Best Workplaces 2025, as announced by Great Place to Work, was compiled based on an analysis of anonymized survey data from more than 113,000 employees, representing the experiences of nearly 117,000 workers across Vietnamese enterprises.
With the theme “Change Happens Here”, the 2025 ranking reinforces the vital role of a people-centered workplace culture - an essential factor in helping businesses overcome challenges and adapt to any uncertainty.
Mr. Roland Wee, Chairman of the Board of Great Place To Work® ASEAN and ANZ, noted that Vietnam is and will continue to face significant uncertainties over the next 15 years, driven by both internal and external forces.
Internally, the labor force is expected to peak by 2040 (according to United Nations estimates), followed by a rising aging population through 2060. Externally, geopolitical instability may threaten Vietnam’s position as a key trade partner of the U.S. Additionally, the rapid pace of technological advancement, led by AI adoption, may fundamentally reshape the structure of Vietnam’s workforce.
“However, when leaders take the initiative to build trust with employees, companies can overcome these challenges together,” Mr. Roland shared.

For the second consecutive year, Syngenta Vietnam has earned a spot on the Best Workplaces in Vietnam ranking in the Medium Enterprise category. With over 250 years of global history and more than 30 years operating in Vietnam, the company has long focused on developing its people and corporate culture. “People and culture have been at the core of our efforts for over 30 years,” said Tran Thanh Vu, General Director of Syngenta Vietnam.
Syngenta Vietnam emphasizes progressive HR policies, ranging from intensive training programs and diverse career development opportunities to team bonding activities, a safe and healthy working environment, and attractive employee benefits. The company has truly become a shared home where every team member feels supported and empowered to grow.
“We will continue to innovate, listen to our employees, and constantly improve to ensure Syngenta Vietnam remains an ideal workplace for all,” Mr. Vu affirmed.

Coca-Cola Beverages Vietnam secured the second position in the Best Workplaces in Vietnam™ 2025 ranking in the Large Enterprise category. The company credited its success to the tireless dedication of more than 4,000 employees.
“Without you, we would not have achieved the Great Place To Work certification or this prestigious recognition,” said General Director Milly Cheng. She pledged to continue leading efforts in creating an outstanding workplace and fostering Vietnamese talent. On this journey, Ms. Cheng called on fellow enterprises to join hands in building a brighter future for all Vietnamese people.

The Best Workplaces in Vietnam ranking follows the same evaluation criteria as Fortune’s annual list of the 100 Best Companies to Work For in the U.S., which has been published since 1998.
