DNHN - Major enterprises such as Dabaco, FPT, and KBC have set ambitious plans for 2025, demonstrating flexibility and sharpness in their business strategies.
Dabaco and the billion-dollar profit target
Dabaco Vietnam Group Joint Stock Company (DBC) has approved its 2025 business plan, targeting total revenue of VND 28.759 trillion, pre-tax profit of VND 1.108 trillion, and post-tax profit of VND 1.007 trillion. This represents growth of over 30% compared to 2024, reflecting the company’s strategy to expand and optimize its value chain more effectively.
2024 marked a strong recovery for Dabaco after a challenging period in 2022-2023, with profits surging significantly in the last two quarters. In Q4/2024 alone, Dabaco’s post-tax profit reached VND 238.8 billion, 37 times higher than the same period in 2023, thanks to stable animal feed production costs, controlled disease outbreaks, and increased demand for herd restocking. This result helped Dabaco exceed its 2024 profit target by 5%, laying a solid foundation for its ambitious goals in 2025.

FPT aims to break records
FPT Corporation continues to maintain steady growth, targeting revenue of VND 75.400 trillion and pre-tax profit of VND 13.395 trillion in 2025. Compared to 2024, FPT’s revenue and profit growth are expected to reach 20-21%, further solidifying the group’s position in the technology sector.
In 2024, FPT achieved consolidated revenue of VND 62.849 trillion and pre-tax profit of VND 11.071 trillion, a 20% increase year-on-year. The technology segment contributed VND 39.110 trillion in revenue, up 24.4%, while pre-tax profit reached VND 5.229 trillion, up 25.7%. Notably, revenue from international markets grew by 27.4%, reaching VND 30.953 trillion.
Despite strong net selling by foreign investors in early 2025, FPT has maintained its growth momentum and continues to set new price peaks in the stock market. This reflects the company’s confidence in expanding its market share and driving technological innovation.
KBC expects a breakthrough
Kinh Bac Urban Development Corporation (KBC) enters 2025 with high hopes for a strong recovery after a challenging 2024. Last year, KBC’s consolidated revenue reached only VND 3.333 trillion, down 45% compared to 2023, while post-tax profit dropped by over 79% to VND 459.88 billion due to delays in legal procedures for key projects.
However, positive signals have emerged as industrial zones such as Nam Son Hap Linh, Tan Phu Trung, Trang Due 3, and Hung Yen Industrial Cluster have begun attracting strong investment. Additionally, social housing and urban projects like Trang Cat have made significant legal progress, promising a surge in revenue for 2025.
On this basis, KBC has set a target of VND 10 trillion in consolidated revenue and VND 3.2 trillion in post-tax profit for 2025, representing threefold and sevenfold increases, respectively, compared to 2024. If successful, this will mark the highest business performance in KBC’s history.
