DNHN - If Sun Riverside Village creates a true trendy lifestyle on the land of Thanh, The Link is a manifesto of Miami-style luxury and class.
Rather than following the traditional path of historic villas, Sun Riverside Village's lead architect built The Link subdivision with its own set of guidelines to introduce a new pioneering quality to the trendy art of living in Thanh.
It is a world apart, a world of prosperity and affluence but with the brilliant hues of the Miami vacation paradise. That environment was designed to seduce even the most intelligent and connoisseur owners through...

New Spanish Colony: A Mark of Sophistication
To create this highlight for The Link, Sun Group's architects have sought out million-dollar villas with Spanish neo-colonial architecture in Miami, a prosperous land with similarities with Sam Paint. To create a marriage between Vietnamese culture and the most quintessential Miami architecture. “Cultural interference” is also an architectural feature of the original Miami.
Villas in The Link honour exquisite beauty. It includes familiar features associated with Vietnamese cultures such as white walls, plaster, and red roofs. But the Spanish neo-colonial architectural language has refreshed and turned this simplicity and familiarity into eye-catching with the red roof, low sloping ratio.
In Spanish neo-colonial architecture, symmetrical entrances are a necessary component. At The Link, the round windows that mimic deck windows and the dome are designed to serve dual purposes: they serve as an aesthetic focal point while also widening the space and bringing a breath of nature into the house.

The appearance of courtyards makes the villa more expensive. It is like a piece that perfects the sophistication of the white walls and red tile roofs in the tropical paradise of Miami.
Art Deco: When Art Leads the Game
In addition to the hard-to-find sophistication of neo-colonial Spanish architecture, The Link has another version full of colour and fresh vitality with the presence of Art Deco architecture.
In Miami, the term "Art Deco" refers not only to an architectural style, but also to the dynamic, bustling, but colourful daily rhythm of this tropical tourist paradise. Or, to put it another way, Art Deco is a "hot" colour that is perfectly suited to the refinement and regal nature of Spanish neo-colonial style. Two seemingly opposed colleges have resulted in a vibrant and affluent Miami.

If the Spanish New Colony infused homes with grandeur and sophistication, Art Deco transformed them into vibrant, bustling commercial spaces. At first glance, the shophouses in the central block of The Link development are captivated by the hues, of young pastels. Inspired by the Art Deco district, which is regarded as Miami's entertainment paradise with countless events. The spontaneous mixing of these hues will result in a visual impact that transports the viewer into a world of non-stop busy entertainment.
Thus, in a short period, the shophouses along The Link subdivision's central street will resemble a miniature Art Deco version of Miami, with streets that never sleep, always bustling with the shimmering colours of society, summersets, carnivals, parties, and shophouses serving as the focal point of 5-star entertainment and shopping services never seen before in Thanh Hoa.
Miami-style landscape system
If you've ever been to Miami, visitors must never forget the bustling atmosphere in the streets of Little Haiti and Little Havana. Now, at The Link, this vibrant atmosphere has been incorporated in the core area by architects to create diverse experiences worthy of residents and visitors. Miami's quality of life is not only clear and unified through each architectural line and villa design, but also permeates the utility system and landscape.

The typical green parks of Sun Riverside Village are of course indispensable at The Link. But here, they have their imprint. Located in the central core of the subdivision, the clubhouse has an area of 2,800 m2 with 4 parks set up to recreate the colours of Little Haiti and Little Havana - famous landmarks with diverse cultural colours of the tourist paradise. Miami calendar.
The Latin bustle at the Indoor Sports Club and the tropical landscape at Carnival Park will bring a youthful, vibrant vibe like taking visitors into authentic Little Haiti on the other side of the globe. Meanwhile, "Little Havana" located in the cluster of Rumba parks, Latin parks, and Caribbean parks combined with typical street features will create a "small corner" of the beautiful and famous Cuba. known for their passionate and passionate Rumba dance.
All those design imprints are just looking to identify The Link. They are not only vibrant and bustling regardless of day or night, but even small things like the tree system are designed to become a work of art.
Miami is more than just inspiration. It has been the breath of life at The Link, creating a colourful and vibrant paradise to open the way for a true art of living.
