DNHN - On August 17, 2022, in Bangkok, Thailand, Hung Thinh Land, which is part of the Hung Thinh Group, and YOO, which is a well-known hotel and home design brand, signed an agreement to work together on the collection. The expensive peninsular villa subdivision of the MerryLand Quy Nhon super project has world-class YOO Inspired by Starck villas in Hollywood Hills.

Together with YOO, Hung Thinh Group will launch a masterpiece collection of Hollywood Hills peninsula villas. The villas will be spread out over 90 hectares on a hillside overlooking the bay and gentle valley where the unique Hai Giang peninsula is located. Hollywood Hills is the first hand-made project that Philippe Starck has made for the Vietnamese market.
Philippe Starck will bring his world of works of art from all over the world to Hollywood Hills as a group of artistic villas. Philippe Starck, a famous designer, will be in charge of the project's design, and his company, YOO Inspired by Starck, will design, build, and decorate each villa. He and a team of talented artists will directly survey villas and make a limited collection of them. This will add the wealthy owners of villas in Hai Giang to the list of well-known villa collectors.
YOO Inspired by Starck will also help the investor of Hung Thinh Corporation with consulting and design ideas for the villa, lobby, landscape, and common utility areas. to give everyone in the Hollywood Hills subdivision a high-class experience.

Mr Rich Millar, YOO's Vice President in charge of business development in the Asia-Pacific region, thinks the partnership with Hung Thinh Corporation will work, starting with the creation of a collection of Hollywood Hills art villas at MerryLand Quy Nhon. This amazing project will show off Starck's charm, intelligence, and sophistication while giving people amazing places to live”, said Rich Millar.
At the signing ceremony, Mr Nguyen Tuan Bao, a representative of Hung Thinh Land and a member of Hung Thinh Corporation, said, "Hung Thinh Group and YOO will create cultural values and imprints through this cooperation. The Hollywood Hills neighbourhood at MerryLand Quy Nhon has its unique art. This place will become a part of the land's history, as Hung Thinh Group has always tried to do, and a symbol of elegance, sophistication, and hospitality, as was Philippe Starck's goal."
