DNHN - Stringee asserts that its solution helps businesses save a significant amount of time and money for communication system integration, announced that it has received Series A funding from the Vietnam Growth Investment Fund DAIWA-SSIAM III (DSVGF)

Stringee has just announced that it has received Series A funding from the Vietnam Growth Investment Fund DAIWA-SSIAM III (DSVGF), which is jointly managed by SSI Fund Management Company Limited (SSIAM) and Daiwa Corporate Investment Co., Ltd (Daiwa Securities Corporation- Japan).
Before DSVGF's involvement, this communication programming platform startup received funding from Zone Startups Ventures Fund (Canada) and 2 million USD in the Pre-series A round, resulting in a 400% increase in business.
Previously, Stringee was one of the digital platforms launched with funding from the Ministry of Information and Communications. Stringee, introduced in 2017, is a communication platform (SDK/API) that offers Listen/Call (voice/video), Chat, and SMS for quick integration into apps or websites (app/web). In addition, this startup offers Contact Centre StringeeX software (multi-channel customer care switchboard) to assist businesses in communicating with customers via multiple channels (hotline, video call, SMS, chat, Facebook, Zalo, Email, etc.) on a single platform. One year later, in 2018, Stringee participated in the Vietnamese Talent Award and won the Second Prize.
In the modern business environment, the difference in product quality or price is diminishing, so the competitive advantage has shifted to customer acquisition and retention. The majority of large and small businesses have realized this and are investing more in developing a professional customer service system and establishing multiple communication channels to maximize every customer interaction. client.
This is when the need for "hands out" technology such as Stringee arises. Instead of spending 1 to 3 years building and developing communication features such as voice calls, video calls, SMS, Chat, or switchboard, businesses can quickly integrate these features into the application/software in as little as 2 hours, saving up to 80% in time and money.
When businesses integrate Stringee's calling/calling feature, their customer service facilities will immediately improve. Thanks to Stringee's technology, the VOVBacsi24 app enables users to video chat with a doctor for medical advice. Similarly, Stringee's technology will route calls to PTI Postal Insurance.
Stringee asserts that its solution helps businesses save a significant amount of time and money for communication system integration.
Some business sectors, including finance - banking, insurance, car booking, logistics, medical examination, and online training - can utilize Stringee's communication platform.
According to a representative of Stringee, the capital helps the company advance its CPaaS (Communication Platform as a Service) development strategy, invest in human capital, and enhance product quality.
"Stringee already has offices and customers in the United States and India, and the newly raised capital will be used to expand its business in these two markets," said Mr. Nguyen Ba Luan, Operations Director, and Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Stringee.
Currently, Stringee serves over a thousand enterprise clients in various industries with 55 million end users. This new investment will significantly bolster Stringee's market leadership position and help the company achieve its goal of becoming Vietnam's CPaaS (Communication Platform as a Service) market leader.
