DNHN - Saigon Bank (SCB) has recently released new systems with superior technology, including Card Perso Center and Simulation Bank, to continually enhance the quality of products and services.
SCB coordinated the inauguration of the Card Perso Center (card personalization) on July 19, 2022, to modernize card operations and fulfil the increased demand for customer card issuance.

On the morning of July 19, the Center and Simulation Bank will be open. Card Perso is a chain system that incorporates modules that automate card personalisation and layering, hence expediting card issuance. At the same time, the system conforms with PCI DSS safety and security and fulfils EMV, and VCCS requirements of Visa, MasterCard, and Napas card organizations.
Recently, SCB's unique card products with practical utilities such as the S-Care credit card, and S-Digital payment card,... have piqued the interest of many customers, most notably the SCB BeYOU payment card Zodiac sign - a product with an outstanding high issuance rate in SCB's card issuance structure in the first six months of 2022. The Card Perso Center will significantly reduce the time it takes to issue cards and deliver them to customers.

The Card Perso Center will modernize card operations in the future, allowing the bank to be more proactive in card personalisation. This is a key step in SCB's broader aim of upgrading its operations.

On July 19, SCB built another Simulation Bank at its headquarters - 927 Tran Hung Dao Street (District 5, Ho Chi Minh City) - to serve employee training and capacity building, as well as to improve service quality.
Aside from training professional knowledge and skills, Simulation Bank allows employees to fully experience the transaction space with rich simulation situations, and practice directly on specialized technology software, thereby assisting staff in confidently and firmly stepping into the actual work in the process of contacting and serving customers.
SCB's top priority is to strengthen the application of information technology in operations and management to build an ecosystem that includes a combination of diverse financial products and services with modern technology and to develop the Bank in the future customers by the Multi-functional - modern - sustainable - customer-focused strategy.

The year 2022 represents a significant shift in SCB's digital spending. SCB is now transitioning e-Banking programs (Internet Banking, Mobile Banking) to S-Connect applications that feature contemporary technology, security, a user-friendly interface, an optimal experience, and the best interests of consumers.
