DNHN - The agreements inked within the framework of the Da Nang Finance and Tech Week 2025.
A series of Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) aimed at enhancing cooperation in research, training, and the development of Vietnam’s semiconductor ecosystem were signed in Da Nang on August 30. The agreements were formalized as part of the Da Nang Finance and Tech Week 2025, bringing together domestic and international organizations, businesses, and training institutions.
Among the key highlights was an MoU between the Corial - Plasma-Therm Research and Development Center, Aka Vers Center, FPT IS Company Limited, and FPT Corporation. The parties committed to jointly deploying virtual reality (VR)-based training solutions to support semiconductor workforce development.
Additionally, the Da Nang Semiconductor and Artificial Intelligence Center for Research and Training (DSAC), in partnership with the same organizations, signed another MoU to expand the scope of VR-driven semiconductor training programs.
In another significant collaboration, DSAC and the Vietnam Semiconductor Industry Resource Development Alliance (SEVINA) signed an MoU focused on strengthening research, development, and workforce training in the semiconductor sector.
A tripartite agreement was also reached between DSAC, YS Talent JSC, and YS Flora Lotus Co., Ltd. to train high-quality human resources, support recruitment and job matching, and promote innovation and startup activities. The agreement includes commitments to enhance Vietnam–Japan cooperation in research, training, and production within the semiconductor and artificial intelligence fields.
Furthermore, Dev Plus JSC and SEVINA signed an MoU to jointly develop semiconductor talent in Da Nang, establish a microchip training ecosystem, and provide support for startups and businesses in market access and investor outreach.
These agreements are expected to contribute significantly to Da Nang’s ambition of becoming a key hub for semiconductor and AI innovation in Vietnam and the broader region.
