DNHN - Recently, the new generation Suzuki Grand Vitara 2023 has had an impressive market debut after a long time of "silence" with a completely new design, bringing a youthful and dynamic style to become a worthy competitor of Toyota Corolla Cross, KIA Seltos.
Recently, Suzuki Grand Vitara 2023 has been officially launched by the Japanese brand in India, this B-SUV model uses the same platform as the newly launched Toyota Urban Cruiser Hyryder not long ago.

In terms of exterior design, the new Suzuki Grand Vitara stands out with many improvements such as a new grille like the "brother" S-Cross launched earlier. The LED daytime running lights are slimmer and separate on the bonnet. The tendency of the headlights to form low air intakes like the Korean car Suzuki applied on the new Grand Vitara with LED technology.
Suzuki Grand Vitara 2023 is equipped with 17-inch ball milled wheels, and SUV-like black painted wheel cavities. The side of the Suzuki Grand Vitara 2023 is almost no different from the Toyota Urban Cruiser Hyryder.
Notably, the rear of the new Suzuki Grand Vitara is an LED tail light strip running across the luggage compartment, creating a youthful and dynamic appearance for this B-class SUV.

However, despite much improvement compared to the old generation, the interior of the Suzuki Grand Vitara 2023 is still quite monotonous compared to competitors in the same segment.
9-inch central touch screen that supports voice control, 7-inch digital instrument panel, mini HUD in front of the windshield, large sunroof, ventilated seats, wireless phone charging table, 360 camera degrees, and a 2-zone air conditioning system with independent rear-seat air vents are some other strengths on the Suzuki Grand Vitara 2023.
At present, Suzuki Grand Vitara 2023 has 2 engine options. The car starts with the 1.5L plug-in hybrid gasoline line with a capacity of 101 horsepower, and 135 Nm of torque, and comes with a 5-speed manual / 6-speed automatic transmission with paddle shifters with front- or 2-wheel drive - an advantage a big point compared to Hyryder, which only has front-wheel drive.
The more advanced option is a full hybrid borrowed from Toyota, which combines a completely different 1.5-litre engine with an electric motor, generator and larger-sized lithium-ion battery for 114 horsepower, torque of 141 Nm. This version is only available with front-wheel drive and comes with an e-CVT transmission.

The car has 4 different driving modes, including EV, Eco, Power and Normal. Although it is a self-charging hybrid, the larger battery allows the car to travel a distance of up to 25 km in pure electric mode.
Suzuki Grand Vitara will be manufactured by Toyota Kirloskar in Bidadi, Karnataka (India) along with its brother Toyota. The price of the car has not been announced yet. This will be a competitor to B-segment SUVs like the Hyundai Creta.
