On March 18, in Ho Chi Minh City, Khai Hung corporation officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Japanese partners. The comprehensive partnership agreement between Khai Hung corporation, the Japan-Vietnam Friendship Association, the Japan International Real Estate Association, and Astec Corporation not only opens the door to broad trade opportunities but also promises a future of strong and prosperous cooperation between Vietnam and Japan.
After nearly a decade of development, Khai Hung corporation has established itself in Vietnam’s real estate market with a series of high-quality projects that bring sustainable value to customers. With a strategic vision and ambition to expand globally, 2025 is set to be a pivotal year for Khai Hung corporation as it officially enters the international market.
The Japan-Vietnam Friendship Association, acting as a cultural and economic bridge between the two countries, will facilitate investment and project development opportunities for Khai Hung corporation in Japan while enhancing mutual understanding and cultural exchange.
The Japan International Real Estate Association will help Khai Hung corporation quickly access the best trends in the global real estate market, while also building an international network of experts, providing a solid foundation for high-end real estate projects and smart cities.
Astec Corporation, with its expertise in environmental solutions, will collaborate with Khai Hung corporation to develop green real estate projects, applying advanced technology to create sustainable and eco-friendly living spaces.

Speaking at the event, Mr. Le Duc Hung, Chairman of Khai Hung corporation, emphasized: "This cooperation will open up tremendous opportunities for both sides, contributing to the growth of Vietnam’s real estate industry and strengthening the Vietnam-Japan friendship."
Mr. Sakai Hironori, Chairman of the Japan-Vietnam Friendship Association, affirmed: "Through this collaboration with Khai Hung corporation, a leading enterprise with significant potential and vast land resources in Lam Dong, we hope to introduce and connect Japanese businesses with investment opportunities in Vietnam, particularly in Lam Dong Province, in the near future."
