After more than four months of qualifying, 28 beautiful and talented girls, including ten girls from ethnic minorities, entered the finale. The contestants then competed in the Ao Dai, swimsuit, and evening gown competitions to determine the top 15, followed by the behavior competition to determine the winner.

Student Tran Huyen Anh (SBD 247), born in 2001 in the city of Lao Cai, has defeated 27 other contestants to win the title of Miss Northwest Tourism - Sapa 2023.
