DNHN - The Ho Chi Minh City Union of Business Association delegation organised a notable working session with the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry to strengthen support for businesses in the context of an economy that still faces many difficulties.
During the working session, Mr Nguyen Ngoc Hoa - Chairman of HUBA shared the Association’s efforts and successes in building programmes to connect and support businesses in recent years. He also proposed some new development directions in the near future, such as focusing on digital transformation and expanding export markets to new regions such as South America, the Middle East and India.
One of the most notable points is HUBA’s commitment to promoting capital support solutions for businesses following Resolution 98/2023/QH15, to create more favourable conditions for businesses to mobilise capital and develop their businesses. This was also emphasised as one of the priorities of the local government, to promote economic growth and sustainable development.
In addition, HUBA also focuses on improving productivity and product quality, as well as promoting training and development activities to build a professional and ethical leadership team in businesses. This is considered a key factor for businesses to adapt and develop in an increasingly competitive business environment.
In this context, the support from VCCI plays an important role, as Chairman Pham Tan Cong affirmed that he will always stand side by side with HUBA to support businesses in Ho Chi Minh City to grow stronger. He also proposed increasing support and sharing information from VCCI to local business associations, to help businesses seize opportunities and continue to develop.
Appreciating HUBA’s activities in recent times, Chairman Pham Tan Cong pledged to continue to support and accompany the Association in promoting the development of the business community in Ho Chi Minh City. He also emphasised HUBA’s role as an important bridge in building strong businesses and proposed specific measures to promote the development of local businesses.
The cooperation between HUBA and VCCI promises to bring many opportunities and benefits to businesses in Ho Chi Minh City, and at the same time contribute to the sustainable development of the local and national economy.
