DNHN - JP Morgan's Excellent International Payment Quality Award goes to Eximbank again this year.

Ms Insiyah Shikari, Senior Director, Head of Customer Service Division ASEAN, JP Morgan Bank - one of the world's leading international banks - presented the National Payment Quality Award on June 22, 2022. Excellence Award by JP (2021 Elite Quality Recognition Award). This award recognizes Eximbank's excellent quality in automatic international payment processing (with an international payment rate of 99.66 per cent throughout 2021).
Mr Dao Hong Chau, Deputy General Director of Eximbank, discussed the bank's recent performance: "The key business indicators all had good growth, and credit quality was controlled by the bank's target." "This award is a recognition and incentive for Eximbank to continue to improve, invest in technology, affirm service quality, and best serve customers," Mr Chau added.
According to Ms Insiyah Shikari, Eximbank is one of the few banks that has received this award for 8 consecutive years, demonstrating the bank's stability in payment service quality, system, and experience. Eximbank employees work in the fields of international payments, trade finance, and foreign exchange. The two banks will continue to pursue comprehensive business collaboration operations to better fulfil their clients' demands.
Eximbank has cooperative relationships with over 800 correspondent banks in 70 countries and territories and has over 33 years of experience in international payment, foreign exchange business, and trade finance. Eximbank has consistently received excellent international payment quality awards from the world's leading banks, including JP Morgan, Bank of New York Mellon, Wells Fargo, and CitiBank.
Eximbank was also announced by the Asian Development Bank ( ADB ) in May 2022 to increase the trade finance limit for Eximbank; as well as provide a free technical support package for Eximbank to develop Environmental and Social Management System (ESMS) policies through the consulting firm Environmental Resources Management Limited (ERM ) appointed by ADB.
The ADB's continued support for Eximbank underlines Eximbank's reputation as an international financial institution and bank. Domestic customers seeking trade financing, this means greater capacity for Eximbank's international payment and trade finance divisions.
