DNHN - As a leading regional logistics service provider, THILOGI is continuously upgrading and refining its high-quality logistics model to meet the import and export requirements of businesses in Central, Central Highlands, Southern Laos, and Cambodia.

With approximately 5,000 licensed logistics service businesses by the US Maritime Administration (FMC), Vietnam currently leads ASEAN. Which more than ninety percent of businesses are small-scale, offering one or a few single services and failing to meet customers' cost and convenience requirements for import and export. To increase the efficiency of delivery and transportation, enhance the competitiveness of goods, promote trade, and contribute to the growth of logistics enterprises, logistics companies must develop a package service model. national economy.
Efficacy from the model of package logistics service
Using a package logistics model, THILOGI offers an extensive array of services, including seaports, warehousing, inland and cross-border road transport, ocean freight, forwarding services, packaging services, component handling, and more. The advantages of multimodal transport and package services enable THILOGI to meet the diverse needs of its customers. The costs of THILOGI's loading and unloading, lifting, warehousing, and shipping services are 10 to 20 percent less than those of competitors. Particularly, the arrangement of berths, vehicles, and equipment, as well as the creation of quick cargo release plans, helps businesses save money on chartering fees, port surcharges, etc.

Quang Ngai Agricultural Products Company (APFCO) is a company that collaborates with Chu Lai Port to export tapioca starch through the port beginning in 2020. Mr. Tran Duc Thach, Deputy General Director of APFCO, stated, "In the past, when exporting, we had to divide each stage and work with numerous service providers, resulting in high logistics costs. Since implementing THILOGI's comprehensive service chain, the business has realized significant time and cost savings. Currently, we export between 300 and 400 containers of tapioca starch through Chu Lai port every month on average.

Mr Jiang Zhu Peng - Import-Export Director, Uc Thinh Glass Company in North Chu Lai Industrial Park shared: "Instead of transporting goods to ports in Da Nang or Quang Ngai, we collaborate with Chu Lai port. to export goods because the port has the advantage of proximity, providing full service from transporting goods from the factory to the loading port, sea transportation to the port of discharge, and road transportation to warehouses in Ho Chi Minh City. With reasonable rates in Ho Chi Minh City, Dong Nai, and Ben Tre.
Mr. Bui Minh Truc, General Director of THILOGI, stated, "THILOGI's model and package solution enables customers to realize significant cost savings. In comparison to the national average of 16-22%, THILOGI's logistics costs represent only 10-15% of the total value of goods when utilizing their services. Consequently, the competitiveness of goods is increased, thereby aiding businesses in the generally challenging economic environment.

Enhance service quality and increase business network
To develop logistics services in both breadth and depth, THILOGI is promoting the 3PL model (Third Party Logistics - 3rd Party Logistics Unit) that integrates a variety of logistics services using cutting-edge technology and software. Step-by-step deployment of 4PL (Fourth Party Logistics - Primary Logistics Provider) and 5PL (Fifth Party Logistics - Logistics Generalist) services, providing, designing, constructing, and operating solutions. Modern supply chain management and integrated logistics on an e-commerce platform.

THILOGI has identified synchronized infrastructure investment as one of the key solutions for improving the quality of logistics service chains. THILOGI is coordinating with the province of Quang Nam to upgrade the existing Ky Ha channel, which has a depth of -10 meters and is finalizing the project file for the construction of the new Cua Lo channel, which will be able to accommodate large-tonnage vessels. Completing the procedures to construct a 50,000-ton port with modern equipment such as STS cranes, RTG cranes, new construction of container yards and warehouses, etc., will increase the port's capacity for receiving ships, storing them, and loading and unloading goods. The completed projects will lay the groundwork for Chu Lai Port's development into the largest container port in the Central region.
THILOGI is concurrently promoting the nationwide connection of logistics systems through representative offices in the North and South to deliver goods, develop customer care services, and expand business networks. The system of port warehouses, container depots, transshipment stations, vehicles, and human resources throughout the country are also linked to effectively promote the full-service chain, bringing convenience, speed, and cost savings to customers and contributing to the development of forwarding-transportation activities, economic growth in the Central region and the entire country.
