Tran Van Kien, barely 27 years old, is now the Director of Bio Hope One Member Co., Ltd. Born and bred in Hau Giang's rural countryside, Kien had to help his family from an early age. Kien raises pigs, hens, ducks, and other farm animals. While most kids his age may have fun after school, Kien must use his time to work in the fields to aid his family.

Both brothers put forth a lot of effort to make it happen. In a poor household with little cash to start a business, the connection was too small. “I wanted to quit because the technical procedures were too rigid and demanded too many principles at work, but my brother, engineer Tran Van Thang, Chairman of Bio Hope Co., Ltd., gave me extra encouragement. The path ahead is still long and thorny, but I am young and still like my profession” Kien said.
Kien's interest in the mushroom business grew while he worked, so he chose to further his education in this field. Also, the firm engaged specialists in training, thus enhancing his understanding of corporate governance, such as how to best run a business, understand who your customers are, human resource management, production management, etc.

It was a horrible idea when you first started working since you didn't know what you were doing. But you learnt and learned and learned, and today your mushrooms are lovely. Low contamination, good product quality. The temperature and light must be right for each stage of growth, so the mushrooms can grow to their full potential.
Currently, I am the company's CEO and the product's technician, with the tagline "Quality is the key to business existence." This is a gift, but it is also a product of our hard work. Anyone can accomplish it if they are determined and work hard enough. "I want to introduce cordyceps goods to all walks of life at the cheapest price and best quality," Kien stated.
Currently, the firm is ranked 3rd. Kien and his brother want to grow more mushrooms and improve the quality of their products with new, patented technology.

Kien has been helped financially by Bio Hope Co., Ltd. This impacted his family's lives. Kien also took part in social activities from an early age, such as donating books to needy pupils in Ha Giang and establishing charity programs to help those in need in Ha Giang.
