DNHN - Of the businesses selected this year, 32 have been awarded the High-Quality Vietnamese Products title for 28 consecutive years, which is also the 28th year that the High-Quality Vietnamese Products programme has been organised.
On 14 March in Ho Chi Minh City, the High-Quality Vietnamese Products Business Association held a ceremony to announce and award the 2024 High-Quality Vietnamese Products Certificate to 529 businesses as voted by consumers.
Of the businesses selected this year, 32 have been awarded the High-Quality Vietnamese Products title for 28 consecutive years, which is also the 28th year that the High-Quality Vietnamese Products programme has been organised.
This year’s list also includes 16 businesses that have been awarded the High-Quality Vietnamese Products title for the first time.
The 2024 High-Quality Vietnamese Products survey shows that this year’s survey focused on both consumers and retailers, in addition to the annual online survey. The survey results recorded over 70,000 votes for businesses using both methods.

The Organising Committee then conducted inspections, verifications, and cross-checks through the transparent receipt of business records and sent letters to relevant local economic management authorities. Based on this, the Organising Committee recorded official information on the businesses’ compliance with business laws.
The Chairman of the High-Quality Vietnamese Products Business Association, Mr Vu Kim Hanh, shared that in 2024, the association will support businesses in implementing the green economy, building brands, and developing new green standards.
Connecting businesses with the international market, taking advantage of domestic market opportunities, promoting training in business production skills, and communicating policy mechanisms to businesses.
At the event, Mr Phan Van Mai, Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee, highly appreciated the businesses that achieved the 2024 High-Quality Vietnamese Products Certificate and have been re-awarded this certificate over many years.
The Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee greatly appreciates the contributions of businesses and the High-Quality Vietnamese Products Business Association.
Throughout its journey over the years, the High-Quality Vietnamese Products programme has always ensured its original goal of building the Vietnamese brand, while constantly innovating to meet market demands.
The programme has increasingly played a role in jointly improving the quality of Vietnamese products and the country’s competitiveness in both domestic and international markets.
In the new term, the High-Quality Vietnamese Products Business Association has set the goal of digital-green-clean transformation as its focus, demonstrating its alignment with the development orientation of Ho Chi Minh City and the country as a whole.
The Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee has been and is constantly striving to improve and put policy mechanisms into practice, maintaining its pioneering role in keeping pace with new trends in the domestic and international market economies, as well as committing to supporting businesses to develop strongly and become leading enterprises.
On this basis, the Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee proposes that the High-Quality Vietnamese Products Business Association be the focal point for recording business opinions and that the relevant departments and agencies advise the City People’s Committee on digital-green-clean transformation.
As for businesses, they should proactively implement ESG (environmental-social-governance) in their companies, thereby spreading it to production and business units in the industry and throughout the city.
