In particular, 100% of cadres, party members, civil servants and public employees will be required to use online public services and make online payments when they need to resolve administrative procedures.
In addition, the Lao Cai Provincial People’s Committee has also set a target of standardising administrative procedure data, ensuring synchronisation and consistency between the provincial public service portal and the national public service portal. At the same time, information and propaganda activities on online public services will also be promoted to raise awareness among cadres, civil servants, people and businesses.
The Chairman of the Lao Cai Provincial People’s Committee has requested that online public services and online payments be implemented in a creative, effective and comprehensive manner. This also requires relevant agencies, organisations and individuals to be responsible for organising the implementation of assigned tasks, especially the responsibility of the heads of departments, agencies and localities.
