DNHN - In a luxury real estate market that has grown by 230% in the last decade, YOO Inspired by Starck, under the artistic leadership of Philippe Starck, has always taken the lead.
Philippe Starck, the world's most recognized and important modern designer, has a strong interest in the environment and a vision of a better life. He is resolute in his belief that creativity, in whatever shape it takes, must improve the lives of as many people as possible. Philippe Starck is a free spirit with exceptional talent.
Starck does it all, with over 10,000 finished and forthcoming goods ranging from speakers to chandeliers, motorbikes to superyachts. The hotels he developed have all achieved cult status in the market. The commonplace things of Stark's exquisite craftsmanship are no less astonishing than his apex interior designs.

Philippe Starck's products have always been the desire of the worldwide public, in keeping with his aim of creating a better living. Starck creates residences, hotels, and restaurants in the same manner as a filmmaker creates a film. He creates a screenplay that transports people away from the humdrum of daily life and into the realm of creativity and imagination.
The market's leading real estate brand
Starck founded the YOO brand in 1999 with the help of prominent real estate entrepreneur John Hitchcox and his limitless creative and design abilities. YOO has become the world's largest residential and hotel design brand after more than 20 years of development, with more than 85 projects in 36 countries.

YOO is the pioneer brand in the global "non-hotelier" real estate industry, with 72% of all completed projects. While numerous new companies are continually entering the market, increasing the market share of the entire "non-hotelier" business from 16% in 2010 to 28% in 2020 and predicted to reach 40% in 2025, YOO maintains its leading position.
YOO Inspired by Starck, which accounts for approximately half of all projects at YOO, is always chosen by consumers seeking originality, elegance, and a lasting signature. These include Khun by YOO (Thailand), YOO Cumbayá (Ecuador), G By YOO (Istanbul, Turkey), YOO Montreal (Canada), YOO Berlin (Germany), YOO Pune (India), YOO NW8 (London, UK), YOO Punta Del Este (Uruguay), Icon Vallarta (Mexico)...

In 2021, it will have surpassed well-known brands in the "non-hotelier" real estate race such as Trump, Fairmont, Six Senses... YOO Inspired by Starck, together with The Ritz-Carlton and Four Seasons, remains one of the world's top three leading brands (according to Savills report).
Savills previously announced that YOO Inspired by Starck will take the top place in 2020, with a large number of finished and ongoing projects, exceeding other brands. In Europe, Latin America, and Asia-Pacific, YOO Inspired by Starck is a crowd favourite.

Starck's first project in Vietnam inspired YOO
YOO Inspired by Starck has chosen to collaborate with a respectable investor - Hung Thinh Corporation - for its debut appearance in the Vietnamese market. The next project to be proudly featured in YOO's list of lifetime masterpieces will be a collection of artistic villas in the Hollywood Hills subdivision of the "peninsula city" MerryLand Quy Nhon (Quy Nhon, Binh Dinh).

Mr Rich Millar, YOO's Vice President in charge of commercial development in the Asia-Pacific area, expressed confidence in this possible collaboration, saying, "Starck likes Vietnam very much. When we presented the proposal to Starck and showed him what we might achieve on this gorgeous slope, he enthusiastically agreed. Exquisite homes with breathtaking ocean views will be the perfect pitch to Vietnamese investors for the YOO Inspired by Starck brand. I believe that many people will be astonished, looking forward to, and delighted."

The YOO Inspired by Starck villa series will "expand" the portfolio of masterpieces on the MerryLand Quy Nhon paradise, deserving of a lifetime legacy embodying great qualities and a new high-class living standard in Vietnam.
