Mr Hoang Huu Anh, Deputy Director of the Department of Cultural Diplomacy and UNESCO, Head of the Organising Committee said: "As usual, the series of Vietnam Day events abroad includes many activities in all three political fields, culture and economics. The Organising Committee has made appropriate adjustments to each venue for this year's programme. The purpose of the event is to promote cultural exchanges between Vietnam and South Africa, Japan, and France, which are "familiar" cultures for Vietnamese people.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Yen, director of Dong Do Performance and Event Services Joint Stock Company, stated regarding the event series' art performance programmes, "The performances in the art programme are constructed in a circuit.
