Tech leader Nguyen Thi Kieu Quyen assumes the role of ambassador for Women in Tech in Vietnam

DNHN - Under the high patronage of the President of the French Republic, Emmanuel Macron, Women in Tech currently has over 200,000 members across 30 countries and 6 continents.
Women in Tech, a non-profit organization headquartered in Paris, France, has selected Vietnam as its upcoming focus, aiming to eliminate gender barriers and encourage women to actively participate in fields such as Technology, Business, and Education.
Amid the increasing gender gap in the tech industry, where only 1 in 5 individuals is a woman, Women in Tech is working to change this situation. The organization focuses on four main areas: Education, Business, Digital Inclusion, and Policy Advocacy, cultivating skills and confidence to empower women in achieving success and advancing in their careers.Members participating in Women in Tech enjoy various benefits, from supporting women to enter and develop in the tech industry to global employment opportunities. Workshops, LinkedIn profile enhancement, interview preparation, and career counseling are crucial opportunities provided by the organization.
In Vietnam, Women in Tech has appointed Nguyen Thi Kieu Quyen, the CEO of ShareWork, a technology company, as its Ambassador since June 2023. A renowned female leader in the technology industry in Vietnam, Quyen is committed to creating new opportunities for women in the Technology field while fortifying connections between Vietnamese women and the international Tech community.
Nguyen Thi Kieu Quyen is among few women with extensive experience in the Information Technology (IT) industry, achieving success both nationally and internationally. In addition to leading ShareWork, she holds important positions such as Vice-Chairwoman of the Vietnam IT & Digital Transformation Alliance (VNITO Alliance) and was recognized as the Digital Transformation Exemplary Leader in 2022 by IDG. Quyen is also a speaker at numerous IT and global economic events, participating in economic forums such as Horasis in countries like Japan, Malaysia, and Singapore.
ShareWork, under Quyen's leadership, is a rapidly growing software development company with hundreds of employees and a high level of reliability. It has succeeded in over 200 projects in 15 countries across various business sectors, including Manufacturing, Transportation, Automotive, Healthcare, Finance, Real Estate, and Education.
