Associate Professor, Doctor of Merit Le Huyen, Chairman of the Vietnam Association of Model Design and Fine Arts Creativity, stated at the announcement ceremony, "To decide whether or not to permit the project to commence operations and ensure its success." In deciding to establish the Institute, we granted the Institute recognised operating rights and complete functions on behalf of the Association so that it could provide appropriate care for the health and beauty of all individuals. the most accurate and optimal approach.
