DNHN - Mr Do Minh Toan was named Chairman of ACBS to invest in and implement a series of innovations in the digital era; focusing on the development of contemporary information technology resources to construct a rapid and comfortable transaction system for clients.
The Board of Directors of Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank (ACB/ HoSE) named Mr Do Minh Toan as Chairman of the Board of Directors of ACB Securities Company Limited on 30 June 2022 (ACBS).
Mr Do Minh Toan joined ACB Group in 1995 and has held several critical roles inside the organization. He was appointed to the role of General Director of Asia Bank in August 2012. After more than nine years of operation, ACB's profit has increased by about 50 per cent annually, and its bad debt percentage consistently ranks among the lowest in the industry.

Mr Toan is now the Chairman of ACBS, where he has numerous aspirations to invest in and execute a series of innovations in the digital era; to concentrate on creating contemporary information technology resources to construct a speedy and efficient transaction system for clients.
Mr Toan intends to collaborate with the Parent Bank to build several product categories that meet the diverse investment demands of clients.
In addition to Mr Toan's appointment as Chairman of the Board of Directors, the Members' Council of ACBS also saw some changes, with Mr Nguyen Duc Thai Han continuing to serve as Vice Chairman and Mr Huynh Duy Sang replacing him (former Chairman of ACBS). A new member of the Board of Directors was appointed as the Interim General Director.
