This posed difficulties in interacting and effectively conveying information. Nevertheless, Minh Phuc did not give up but became a guiding figure, providing support and patient guidance to her employees. She faced challenges, overcame cultural barriers, found ways to communicate effectively with customers, and promoted a career in professional beauty services.

Today, Minh Phuc's company has successfully expanded with multiple beauty establishments in Ho Chi Minh City and has a strong focus on career orientation and vocational training in the nail and beauty industry. They offer comprehensive training programs in nail art, spa techniques, eyelash extensions, and permanent makeup.
