Notable examples include the Vien Nam Ecological Urban and Entertainment Area Project (Hoa Binh City); the Cuoi Ha High-End Ecological Urban, Entertainment, and Cable Car System Area (Kim Boi); and the Villa, Forest Plantation, and Ecotourism Area in Mong Hoa Commune (Hoa Binh City).
From the public investment capital for 2021-2025, the province has allocated VND 352.6 billion for tourism infrastructure projects. Many important and key projects have been allocated public investment capital; two projects are using ODA capital: the “Construction and Upgrading of Tourism Infrastructure in the Tien Pagoda Relic Area, Phu Nghia Commune, Lac Thuy District” Sub-Project; and the “Hoa Binh Province Tourism Infrastructure Development” Project.
In 2023, two major projects will commence: the Ngoi Hoa Ecotourism Area in the Hoa Binh Lake Tourist Area, with a total registered capital of over VND 474 billion; and the Huong Binh Cable Car Line (Lac Thuy), with a total investment of VND 1,700 billion.
