Hoa Binh: 20 tonnes of Kim Boi bamboo shoots exported to the Netherlands

DNHN - The Hoa Binh Department of Agriculture and Rural Development has just coordinated with Kim Boi Joint Stock Company (Vai area, Ba Hang Doi town, Lac Thuy district) to organise a ceremony to export agricultural products to the European Union market.
This shipment from Kim Boi Joint Stock Company includes 6 types of processed bamboo shoots, with a total quantity of about 20 tonnes (1,270 product boxes) exported to the Netherlands market. This is the company’s third export shipment in the early part of the new Giap Thin year. The products are manufactured in a closed process, and before being loaded onto the export vehicle, they are processed, sterilised, vacuum-packed, pasteurised in the packaging, and packed in cardboard boxes to ensure quality according to export standards. The handover and receipt are guaranteed to be carried out on time as required by the Dutch partner, Herman Company.
Since the beginning of the year, Kim Boi Joint Stock Company has exported about 60 tonnes of products to the Netherlands and South Korea, including fresh bamboo shoots, fresh bamboo shoots, ready-to-eat bamboo shoots, dried bamboo shoots, etc. In addition, the company’s bamboo shoot products are also present in many markets and most supermarkets and e-commerce platforms in 63 provinces and cities nationwide.
In 2024, the company set a target of achieving a revenue of 20 billion VND from export activities. In the immediate future, in March, the company will export 2 more containers of processed bamboo shoot products, equivalent to about 40 tonnes.
