FLC Faros has just had a female Chairman: Mrs Nguyen Binh Phuong

DNHN - Mrs Nguyen Binh Phuong, General Director of FLC Faros has just been elected as the Chairman of the Board of Directors (BOD) of FLC Faros, replacing Mrs Huong Tran Kieu Dung who was arrested for her involvement in the stock market manipulation case.

Along with that, Mrs Phuong also became the new legal representative of ROS.
Nguyen Binh Phuong, born in 1973, has a bachelor's degree in foreign languages, she joined FLC in 2011 and started working as the general director of FLC Faros on November 30, 2020, and holds this position until was elected as Chairman of the Board of Directors on April 21, 2022.
Previously, in the period 2011 – to 2015, Mrs Phuong held the position of head of the organization and administration department of FLC Group Joint Stock Company.
From April 2016 to June 2019, she held the position of deputy general director of FLC Faros, then resigned on June 17, 2019. More than 4 months after resigning, she was once again appointed to the position of deputy general director from November 5, 2021. During the time of leaving and returning to the position of Deputy General Director, Mrs Phuong continued to hold the position of Member of the Board of Directors of FLC Faros.
In addition to the title of General Director of ROS, Mrs Phuong is also a member of the board of directors of HAI Farmer Joint Stock Company, another enterprise in the ecosystem of FLC Group.
ROS's governance report 2021 shows that Phuong currently holds 39,600 shares of the company she was newly appointed as Chairman. Calculating market prices, the property held by the President, born in 1973, is worth nearly 160 billion VND.
