DNHN - On the afternoon of April 1, Fiditour Joint Stock Company (Vietnam) and Control-F (South Korea) implemented a memorandum of understanding (MOU) signing programme to provide global climate forecasting data.
Speaking at the MOU signing ceremony, Mr Nguyen Dang Quang Vinh, General Director of Fiditour Joint Stock Company, said that the company hopes to work with Control-F to widely disseminate weather forecasting information and provide necessary data for related industries such as agriculture, aviation, and tourism.
With the data provided by Control-F, Fiditour will have more accurate weather information to implement tours, to provide tourists with the right time options to fully enjoy their holidays,” said Mr Vinh.
In addition to the above climate forecasting data, Control-F’s “point accumulation” (a form of location positioning) capability is quite detailed down to each region and small area, making it easy for businesses to analyse data to make decisions in implementing activities, including tourism safety programmes and investment plans; ensuring safety for both people and business assets.
Control-F also helps to predict the itinerary for a trip, especially a road trip, because of its ability to forecast weather, climate, etc., so that businesses can exploit tours and tourists can prepare more carefully and safely for their journey.
Mr Jung Hee-seok, Representative Director of Control-F, added that Control-F’s weather data information is collected from global big data. “Therefore, Control-F provides detailed weather forecasting data with a longer time frame and the ability to record in 3D images (including at night), helping to suggest the most suitable tourist destinations on a platform using an artificial intelligence model,” said Mr Jung.
Control-F is one of the technology software applications that uses artificial intelligence. Shortly, this software will also implement FIT (individual travellers, free independent travellers), hotel, and single-day tour booking services. Control F Company provides detailed and accurate weather forecasting services. This unit has a vision to develop and sell artificial intelligence-based hazardous weather image analysis solutions. This creates a solution to suggest the most suitable tourist destinations on a meteorological information platform using an artificial intelligence model.
The high-resolution meteorological and climate analysis information solution is a solution that displays high-resolution meteorological and climate information such as geothermal and sunlight in the form of a stereoscopic image on a map or architectural building on a 3D spatial information platform.
