DNHN - More than 150 Dong Thap entrepreneurs in Ho Chi Minh City gathered at Van Hien University to foster business connections, expand cooperation, share practical experiences, and stay updated on current business trends.
The event welcomed over 200 delegates, including leaders from Dong Thap province, representatives from various departments and sectors, leaders of business associations, business clubs in both Ho Chi Minh City and Dong Thap, along with 150 members of DTE.

With the theme “DTE: Entrepreneurial Intelligence Rising,” the program emphasized the integration of "enterprise" and "intelligence," reflecting the Club’s vision of sustainable development. It served as a key opportunity to strengthen connections among members, entrepreneurs, and business leaders, while also facilitating collaboration, investment, and sustainable growth.
The past term marked a meaningful journey for the Dong Thap Entrepreneurs Club in Ho Chi Minh City (DTE). From a group of passionate young entrepreneurs, DTE has grown into a united, innovative, and steadily expanding community.
Over time, DTE has organized a wide range of networking and knowledge-sharing activities, laying a solid foundation for a healthy and sustainable business environment. Regular workshops, forums, and business tours have opened up numerous opportunities for collaboration, allowing members to expand their networks and explore new business ventures.
Beyond commercial activities, DTE has also actively participated in philanthropic initiatives in its hometown of Dong Thap, contributing to the community's development. These efforts reflect not only the social responsibility of entrepreneurs but also help promote valuable humanitarian ideals.

As DTE embarks on a new term, it plans to expand its operations and enhance the quality of its networking activities to better support its members. The Club aims to build a strong business community with competitive capabilities in both domestic and international markets. At the same time, DTE will strengthen its role as a bridge between Dong Thap enterprises in Ho Chi Minh City and other organizations such as business associations, the Young Entrepreneurs Association, the Women Entrepreneurs Association, and other business clubs.
During the event, entrepreneurs had the chance to participate in various sessions, including startup dialogues, investment pitches, business networking, and a talk show titled “Opportunities to Access Credit and Financial Capital.” At the same event, Ms. Nguyen Dinh Phuong Uyen, Deputy Director of the Dong Thap Department of Finance, presented the province’s key advantages in attracting investment.
Under the theme “Opportunities to Access Credit and Financial Capital,” economic experts analyzed current financial trends and shared optimal solutions to help businesses leverage support policies, maximize capital use, and minimize financial risks. Notably, expert Nguyen Ngoc Thanh – CEO of A&C Consulting Co., Ltd. and Vice Chairman of the Founding Committee of the Vietnam Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA Vietnam) – delivered an insightful talk titled “Tax Policies and Key Considerations for Business Owners.” His presentation provided crucial information to help businesses comply with tax laws, capitalize on financial incentives, and enhance operational efficiency.

This was a valuable opportunity for entrepreneurs to update their knowledge, interact directly with experts, and identify tailored solutions for their businesses. Access to capital and entrepreneurship are essential concerns for all businesses. Addressing this need, DTE has established the “DTE Support Fund,” calling for contributions—refundable or non-refundable—from entrepreneurs.
On this occasion, Mr. Tran Van Hau, Chairman of Hung Hau Holding and President of DTE, contributed VND 1 billion (non-refundable) to the fund to support businesses in need of working capital. The fund offers loans with an interest rate of 0.5% per month, a maximum loan term of 90 days, and a loan limit of VND 300 million per business. Each business may borrow only once per year.

Also during this event, the DTE Club welcomed 14 new members, creating more opportunities for entrepreneurs to expand their networks, seek potential partners, and share valuable experiences. This move marks an important step in strengthening the DTE community and affirming its position in the business ecosystem of both Ho Chi Minh City and Dong Thap.
The event, themed “DTE: Entrepreneurial Intelligence Rising,” carried profound meaning. It highlighted the fusion of "enterprise" and "intelligence," symbolizing DTE’s vision to build a resilient and visionary business community. "Rising" signifies continuous development and the aspiration to bring Dong Thap businesses beyond local boundaries to regional and global arenas.

Guided by this vision, DTE continues to set ambitious goals, standing side by side with businesses and entrepreneurs in their journey to conquer both domestic and international markets, contributing to the dynamic economic growth of Dong Thap and Ho Chi Minh City.
