CMC Technology Group Corporation received by the Secretary of Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee

DNHN - The Chairman of the Board of Directors/CEO of CMC Technology Group Corporation, Mr Nguyen Trung Chinh, proposed that Bac Ninh province pay attention to and create conditions for investment in the CMC Creative Space Complex project in Bac Ninh.
On the morning of March 5, comrade Nguyen Anh Tuan, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Head of the National Assembly Delegation of the province, had a meeting and worked with CMC Technology Group, led by Mr Nguyen Trung Chinh, Chairman of the Board of Directors/CEO, to discuss the proposal for investment promotion needs in Bac Ninh.
The working session was also attended by comrade Vuong Quoc Tuan, a Member of the Party Central Committee and Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee, together with leaders of relevant departments, sectors and localities.

Established in 1993, CMC is one of the leading information technology - telecommunications companies in Vietnam with more than 4,200 employees. The Group has consolidated its position in the domestic and international markets through its core business activities focusing on 3 areas: Technology and Solutions, International Business, and Telecommunications Services, with 8 member companies, joint ventures, and research institutes.
In the 2021 - 2025 period, CMC has set a goal to become a global digital company, reaching international standards, and becoming a leading consultant on digital transformation solutions for businesses and organisations, with a revenue of 1 billion USD and a scale of more than 10,000 employees.
At the working session, the Chairman of the Board of Directors/CEO of CMC Technology Group, Mr Nguyen Trung Chinh, proposed that Bac Ninh province pay attention to and create conditions for investment in the CMC Creative Space Complex project in Bac Ninh (CCS Bac Ninh), including functional subdivisions such as Information technology and software production, R&D, IC design, AI, innovation and start-up, data infrastructure, cloud computing, AI factory, education and training, smart city, housing for staff and experts… with a scale of 20ha or more.

Highly appreciating CMC’s capacity in the field of information technology and digital transformation, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Anh Tuan emphasised that this is also an area that Bac Ninh is prioritising and interested in attracting investment to effectively implement the province’s digital transformation goals. He also affirmed that CMC’s choice of Bac Ninh as an investment destination is in line with the province’s development strategy and the Group’s production and business strategy.
The Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee also shared the province’s orientation on building a policy to support training in the high-tech field. Therefore, he hopes that CMC, with its experience, will pay attention to, share, cooperate, and support training to provide high-quality human resources for enterprises in the province, serving the province’s overall socio-economic development. He also expects CMC to advise and contribute ideas to the province in building a concentrated information technology park with scale, convenience, and intelligence.
Regarding CMC’s proposal, the Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee agreed to the approach of making the Education and Training subdivision the main subdivision in the CMC Creative Space Complex in Bac Ninh. On that basis, he assigned the Department of Construction to review the educational land funds with an area of 20 hectares or more to introduce to CMC for investment selection. At the same time, the Department of Information and Communications is designated as the focal agency to work specifically with CMC on digital transformation in all aspects of the province, to serve the construction of digital government.
