It is common knowledge that you have been a very active businessman in social work activities in recent years.
I believe that promoting the tradition of kindness and social work is not only the responsibility of businesspeople but of every citizen. This is also the spirit of serving society for noble purposes, bringing good things to less fortunate people, and it must be promoted at all times, not just during natural disasters and challenging epidemics. It is challenging, but it should become a regular, long-term job.
These activities have evolved into the "Corporate Culture" of 939 Group and its member organisations. In recent years, 939 Group has regularly accompanied social security activities such as a support programme for people affected by natural disasters, and floods, a school support programme, a Homeland Sea and Island programme, ATM Rice, Oxygen ATM, 1,000 tonnes of rice programme for people in the Red and Orange regions, 27/7 Gratitude programme, remember the source when drinking water, Mid-Autumn Festival for children, awarding scholarships to accompany children to school,... and many other activities.
I am also very honoured and proud to be one of the faces of the young generation of Vietnamese entrepreneurs, to contribute to social activities, and to receive a certificate of merit from the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association recognising his many contributions to the Young Entrepreneurs Association of Dong Nai province and the Vietnamese entrepreneurial movement; Certificate of Merit from the Vietnam Youth Federation of Dong Nai province;
Recently, he has participated in numerous Young Entrepreneurs Association activities, particularly startup projects. What, in your opinion, are the challenges that young people face?
As a member of the Executive Committee of the Young Entrepreneurs Association of Dong Nai Province and the President of the Young Entrepreneurs Association of the Trang Bom district - Thong Nhat, I always support young enterprises. Young businesses are currently inheriting an increasingly favourable business and startup environment as a result of government programmes that have created favourable conditions and opportunities for the youth startup movement. To successfully launch a business, however, young people require knowledge, creativity, and the ability to differentiate their products and services.
In addition, perseverance is an important factor because not everyone achieves success during the process of launching a business; however, those who fail repeatedly do not give up and continue to try. Utilise your ideas. It was their perseverance and determination that led to their future success.
Capital is also equally important. Many people still assert that all you need for success is faith and drive, but these are merely words of encouragement. To pursue a business path, you must be willing to quit your current job to concentrate on your career and long-term goals, as starting a business requires money. There are too many concerns, such as investing in products, services, facilities, and personnel. Without a certain amount of capital, it will be extremely difficult to maintain over the long term.
As a CEO who is always at the forefront of the Young Entrepreneurs Association movements and is regarded as an inspiration for startups, what would he say if he sent you an inspirational sentence?
Youth is always associated with creativity, daring to think, daring to act, and learning to make dreams a reality, but sometimes you need to "shape" who you are. Where do you stand in this vast world, and what is your capacity to learn and persevere without giving up? Perseverance and determination are the keys to success in all fields, including entrepreneurship.
Continuous efforts to innovate thinking, awareness, and business management and operations, as well as production and business, not only produce numerous highly competitive products and services but also provide the foundation for establishing a strong and reputable brand in the region.
To do so, young entrepreneurs must seize and capitalise on opportunities to develop specific strategies and clear goals for their businesses, improve the quality of their human resources to achieve the set goals, and keep up with the rapid rate of change brought on by the 4.0 industrial revolution.
Economic difficulties have a direct impact on the activities of businesses, particularly startups. In your business operations, how have you transformed "danger" into "opportunity"?
In the past, numerous young businesses have demonstrated their courage, intelligence, and spirit of overcoming obstacles without giving up, demonstrating in particular their endurance and perseverance in the face of all obstacles and challenges.
In recent years, the domestic and global economies have experienced numerous fluctuations. To maintain investment, production, and business activities, member companies of the 939 Group always stand "shoulder to shoulder" to demonstrate tenacity and the will to overcome difficulties in production. Export and conduct business in the majority of enterprise areas.
To transform "danger" into "opportunity," I believe we must first maintain composure, perseverance, sufficient internal strength, and a strategy to reverse course, adapt quickly, and create risk management plans. ro. How do you assess the proverb, "If you want to go quickly, go alone; if you want to go far, go together?"
I enjoy this saying very much. If we want to travel far, we must travel together, but if we want to travel quickly, we must travel alone. I have long applied this proverb to the management of member companies in the ecosystem of Company 939, and I have called on young businesses in the Young Entrepreneurs Association of Dong Nai province, including real estate companies, construction, construction materials, design consultants, and specialised contractors in Dong Nai province and the Southeast region... let's go together and help each other develop.
We cannot reach the ocean with a single vessel; we must use a fleet. To achieve success, the business community, particularly young businesses, must join forces and reach for the ocean with the same resolve to set sail.
