Mr. Tran Kim Chung, originally from Binh Dinh, studied at Harvard University (USA), is currently Chairman of C.T Group, one of the well-known enterprises in the Southern real estate market.
C.T Group's main business activities span various fields such as real estate, retail, construction, and financial investment. In particular, real estate and retail are the two most important business sectors.

Mr. Tran Kim Chung was born into a family of parents who were all government officials during the period of subsidy. At the age of 14, he decided to associate with his uncle's ice-cream factory to open an ice-cream factory. When he first started, Chung cum all his work, from bakery production to packaging and selling (delivering to customers).
After 2 years of operation, the ice cream shop was forced to close, because the competitors “grew like mushrooms after rain” but also applied modern technology to production... It was the first lesson of his life about the start-up business in his market.
Years of sitting on the chair of university lecture hall, he has spent a lot of professions such as coordinating with friends to open restaurants and provide industrial meals, brewing alcohol, exporting rice to Eastern Europe, distributing phones, land...
On June 29, 1992, Mr. Tran Kim Chung established Saigon Trading Co., Ltd. Starting products such as: consumer goods, cosmetics, supplies. In 1993, the company changed its name to C&T Trading and Services Co., Ltd., which means “Challenge of the Twenty-First Century”. At the same time, Mr. Chung established Him Lam Co., Ltd.
In 1998, he founded C&T International Joint Stock Company and many others. In 2000, he developed retail chains of high-end items distributed throughout the country.
By 2006, Mr. Tran Kim Chung decided to establish C.T Group multi-branch - comprehensive urban developer.
For the past 28 years, businessman Tran Kim Chung has directed C.T Group with six business activities to meet the needs of the Vietnamese market such as real estate, retail, construction, finance, food – entertainment, eco-tourism...
In particular, the real estate sector is seen as the spearhead sector of the Group. From residential real estate, retail commercial and service real estate, tourism real estate...
