DNHN - Phan Thi My Linh (competitor code: 039), a stunning contestant from the province of Ben Tre, won the title of Miss Vietnam Business Talent 2023.

Officially, on December 16, 2023, in the evening, the Dalat Palace Hotel in Dalat City hosted the Miss Vietnam Business Talent 2023 final night. The competition night included the top 20 finalists, chosen from among thousands of entries submitted by contestants nationwide. The primary competitions, which included the Ao dai performance, office attire and evening gown, and the Q&A round, served as a platform for the participants. The Jury Board then chose the contest's most deserving titles.
On the last night, many well-known figures from the arts and culture came together: Colonel - Journalist Tran The Tuyen, a former head of the jury board, editor-in-chief of the Saigon Giai Phong newspaper, and deputy director of the press department. CEO Le Thi Kim Oanh, General Director of Vinaart Media Joint Stock Company, the organisation holding the contest, made an appearance on the contest's organising committee. Numerous well-known figures from the beauty industry, including Miss World Tourism Ambassador 2018 Phan Thi Mo, Miss Asia Business All-Around 2020 Phuong Trieu, Miss International Business Beauty Career Aphca Asian 2020 Vo Thi Thu Thuy, Miss Vietnam Business Talent 2022 Le Thu Ha, and Miss Beautiful Body Shape Trinh My Hoa, made up the formidable jury this year.
The question, "A strong woman is someone who will choose the life she wants," was posed to Phan Thi My Linh, the stunning competitor, who was among the top contenders taking part in the final Q&A round. What, in your opinion, makes a woman strong and resilient?
She gave a thoughtful response, demonstrating her wealth of knowledge and willingness to share fresh perspectives: "I believe that a strong woman must remain steadfast in the face of all obstacles in life. They know what they want to do and, more importantly, they know how to make themselves happy. I believe that having bravery will enable you to live a happy and productive life by overcoming obstacles, increasing your optimism, and avoiding pointless worry.
Following the unbiased conclusion, the Jury Board chose the honorific titles that belonged to the fully deserving, including Phan Thi My Linh (contestant code: 039) won the top spot in Miss Vietnam Business Talent 2023. Tran Thi Hang (contestant code: 256) and Nguyen Thi Như Ngoc (contestant code: 689) took first and second place, respectively. Vu Thi Anh Linh (contestant code: 999), Huynh Thu Trang (contestant code: 068), and Pham Thi Thanh Hoa (contestant code: 500) were the second runners-up. Le Thi Bich Lan (contestant code: 168); and Lai Thuy Ha (contestant code: 079) were the third runners-up. Huynh Thi Ngoc Tu is the winner of "Miss Vietnam Business Queen 2023" (contestant code: 175). Le Thi Tuyet Linh is the title of "Miss Charity" (contestant code: 252).

The contest's organising committee also declared the following additional awards: Tran Thi Hang is Miss Ao Dai (contestant code: 256). Le Thi Bich Lan (contestant code: 168) is Miss Office Wear. Phan Thi My Linh is the Miss Evening Gown (contestant code: 039). Phan Thi My Linh (contestant code: 039) is Miss Most Favourite. Nguyen Thi Cam Thy (contestant code: 167) is Miss Beautiful Skin. Contestant code: 288; Miss Talent + Miss Volunteer: Nguyen Thi Loc. Phan Thi My Linh is Miss Mettle (contestant code: 039).
